Baked Sweet Potato Fries

Sweet Potato Chips make a great snack or side.

Ingredients:

  • Serves 4-6
  • ½  lb sweet potatoes
  • ¼ olive oil
  • 1 tsp celtic salt
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 400º

2. Wash sweet potatoes. Cut into strips that are about ½ inch wide on each side. You can also cut into chips.

3. Place the sweet potatoes into a sealable plastic bag. Add oil, salt, paprika & cinnamon.  Seal the bag & shake well to thoroughly coat the fries.

4. Spread the sweet potatoes out onto a baking sheet in a single layer.

5. Bake for 30 minutes (depending on desired crispiness, turn halfway through

6. Transfer to paper towel-lined plate and serve warm.
