Energize with a Cacao Blast instead of a cup of coffee

Cacao Blast- Energizer Smoothie

Serves 2

Directions:

  • 2 cups coconut water or water
  • 1/4 cup of raw cacao powder* (if you love chocolate you can add more)
  • 1 Tbsp maca powder
  • 1 Tbsp hemp seed powder
  • 1 Tbsp Chia Seeds
  • 2 dried medjool dates (you can also use figs or raw honey)
  • 1 avocado
  • 6 frozen strawberries

*Use carob powder if allergic to chocolate.

Blend ingredients at high speed.                                                   

  • You can also use raspberries -1/2 cup
  • Dates are used to sweeten. You can also use 1-2 tbsp of raw honey.
  • Water is fine
  • Hemp seeds are optional
