Serves 4

  • ½ c. freshly squeezed orange juice (blood oranges are best)
  • ½ c of freshly squeezed pink grapefruit juice
  • ½ c of freshly squeezed limes (about 4 limes) or (2 Tbsp Real Lime Juice)
  • 2 Tbsp Raw Honey
  • 1 cup high quality Tequila
  • 1 cup Club Soda
  • 3-5 cups ice
  • Coarse salt to rim the glasses
  • 1 lime, sliced (for garnish)



  1. Add first 5 ingredients to a large shaker or measuring cup.
  2. Shake & mix well.
  3. Rub lime along rim of each glass and dip in salt
  4. Add ice and Club Soda to each glass
  5. Pour contents of shaker into each glass.
