Munch on some tasty Kale Chips with guacamole

Ingredients:
1 to 2 bunches kale
Olive oil
Sea Salt
Sea Seasonings Triple Blend Flakes (optional)

Directions:
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Remove kale from stalk; break up greens into large pieces.
Place a little olive oil in a bowl, dip your fingers and massage in a very light coat of oil over the kale. Be careful not to use too much oil
Sprinkle with sea salt & Triple Blend Flakes
Place kale on large baking sheet and bake for 5 minutes or until crispy.

Keep an eye on it since it can burn quickly.
Turn the kale over and bake with the other side up. Remove and serve.
If you enjoy a salty crunchy snack you will love these!  A nice upgrade from potato chips.

Easy Guacamole

  • 8 oz container of fresh salsa  (I love Trader Joe’s)
  • 2 Avocados
  • sea salt
  1. Remove pits & mash up avocado.
  2. After mashing  put pit back in to keep it fresh and prevent browning.
  3. add ½ container of salsa.
  4. Taste and add the remaining half if desired

Mango Avocado Salsa

  • 1 Chopped mango
  • 1 avocado, chopped
  • ½ chopped cucumber
  • ¼ diced red onion
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
  •  Juice of 1 fresh lime
  • Sea salt to taste

This makes a scrumptious snack anytime but especially while you are cleansing!

Mix all and serve with chips.

I love this scrumptious snack!!

Notes

  •   I prefer Curly Kale but feel free to try different kinds or other greens
  •   Spice it up with curry, cumin, oregano
  •   Try nutritional yeast for a cheese like topping
I love to use Triple Blend Flakes or Gomasio for its taste & mineral promoting benefits
  •  Serve along side Tortilla Chips & guacamole.
Sprinkle in these tasty & nutritious seasonings to kale chips, rice, salads, vegetables, & stir-fries.
