Let’s make 2015 about soulutions rather than resolutions.

“She began 2015 by opening her heart and her hands to receive all the blessings to come. Because she knew that the first steps to having a great year was in allowing and believing it to be so.” – Anna Taylor

All to often we set ourselves up for failure when we make to many promises that we can’t keep. It’s hard to keep up with words like every day, never, daily. always, diet. When our intentions include words like these we are doomed for failure.

To get the most out of 2015, celebrate all of your wins for 2014. Use the positive steps you made to build a foundation for a flourishing 2015.

This will help you set a meaningful intention that suits you and your lifestyle.

Think about words such as embrace, cultivate, establish, intend to keep you on your path.

Let’s make 2015 be about Soulutions rather than Resolutions.

I created  Nourishing Soulutions Handout to Guide your way.

Hi Judy! I like that. I had never thought of approach the new year from a perspective of “solutions” rather than “resolutions.” Of course I don’t really do resolutions and by far prefer intentions. So now I’ll have to pop over and read your post about that. Thanks for the thoughts. ~Kathy
