A scrumptious treat that works for breakfast, lunch, & dessert

Raw Chocolate Mousse that you can eat for breakfast, lunch, dinner, or dessert.

  • 1/2 cup coconut water or water
  • 1 cup baby spinach (dandelion or chard work well)
  • 1 avocado
  • 6 frozen strawberries
  • 2 Tbsp Raw Cacao
  • 1 Tbsp Maca
  • 2 Tbsp Chia Seeds (optional)
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • ¼ c Coconut Flakes

         Makes 4 servings

  • optional-add dates without pits or raw honey to sweeten to taste
  • Best to soak the dates in advance to soften.
  1. Blend together in a blender (works great in a Vitamix). You may need to adjust the amount of water slightly to achieve the right texture.
  2. Top with Coconut Flakes & fresh fruit.
