Satiating Super Food Chocolate Berry Sorbet
Enjoy this scrumptious & delicious treat
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup pure water
- 2 Tbsp Maca
- 1/4 cup Raw Honey
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 cup raw cacao powder*
- 1 cup frozen berries
- 1/2 cup Gogi Berries
- Coconut flakes
*Use carob powder if allergic to chocolate.
Directions:
- If you don’t have a Vitamix thaw the fruit for several minutes to make it easier to blend.
- Add all ingredients to blender and blend it up until smooth.
- Enjoy immediately or freeze in ice cube trays for a frozen dessert.
- Top with coconut flakes
