Super Nuggets

You can even eat these tasty nuggets for breakfast

Nourishing  Super Nuggets

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups raw almond butter  (cashew is fine)
  • 1 cup raw honey  (raw agave nectar is fine)
  • 4 cups Rolled Oats
  • Shredded Coconut
  • ¼ c. Chia Seed Meal (or seeds)
  • ¼c.  Cacao Nibs
  • ½ c.Gogi Berries
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Directions:

  1. Mix almond butter and honey together.
  2. With your blender or Vitamix mix oats into powdered flakes
  3. Add oats to nut butter/honey mixture.  If too dry add more honey
  4. Add ¼ c. of Chia Seed Meal (or seeds)
  5. Roll into little flat cookies
  6. Dip in Coconut Flakes
  7. Top with cacao nibs & gogi berries

Makes about 40 delicious nuggets.

I served them at our 2012 Cleanse Celebration Supper and they loved them.
